How to Delete Your Data

At DayoffBuddy, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Option 1: Request via Email

Send an email to pongsatorn.kanja@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your DayoffBuddy account
  • The sign-in method you used (Google, Facebook, or Email)

We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option 2: Revoke Access via Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove DayoffBuddy from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find DayoffBuddy and click Remove
  4. Check the box to Delete all data posted by DayoffBuddy

After revoking access, send us an email at the address above to confirm full deletion from our database.

Option 3: Revoke Access via Google

If you signed in with Google, you can revoke access:

  1. Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com
  2. Navigate to Security > Third-party apps with account access
  3. Find DayoffBuddy and click Remove Access

After revoking access, send us an email at the address above to confirm full deletion from our database.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we remove the following:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile image)
  • Your activity preferences
  • Your saved trips and bookmarks
  • Your authentication sessions and tokens
  • Your uploaded profile images (from Cloudinary)

After deletion, this action cannot be undone. You would need to create a new account to use the Service again.
